The problem
Compliance content was spread across SharePoint sites and hard to reuse. Shared compliance content had to stay separate from customer-specific content.
What we built
- Claude Sonnet agent opened from a “Build your document” link in SharePoint
- Power Automate flow bridges the agent and Azure AI Search vector retrieval (text-embedding-3-small)
- Two indexes separate global compliance content from customer content
- Microsoft Graph delta sync every 6 hours so new and edited files are searchable without re-indexing
