A cybersecurity professional needed to automate the analysis of hundreds of Qualys vulnerability reports — manually reviewing each report took hours, and risk scoring was inconsistent across analysts.
Our Solution
- Built an Azure AI Foundry RAG pipeline with Prompt Flow orchestration
- Ingested Qualys reports via Azure Data Factory with Document Intelligence OCR
- Created vector embeddings using text-embedding-ada-002 indexed in Azure AI Search
- Implemented GPT-4-powered risk scoring engine with Critical/High/Medium/Low classification
- Generated automated remediation recommendations and executive summary reports
- Added RBAC, Azure Key Vault secrets management, and Azure Monitor logging
