Our Solution

Built an Azure AI Foundry RAG pipeline with Prompt Flow orchestration
Ingested Qualys reports via Azure Data Factory with Document Intelligence OCR
Created vector embeddings using text-embedding-ada-002 indexed in Azure AI Search
Implemented GPT-4-powered risk scoring engine with Critical/High/Medium/Low classification
Generated automated remediation recommendations and executive summary reports
Added RBAC, Azure Key Vault secrets management, and Azure Monitor logging
